WHAT iS HYPNOSIS?

In this deeply relaxed and focused state of mind—similar to daydreaming—the subconscious becomes more receptive to suggestions and insights.

  I am the founder of Kanako Tanaka Hypnosis, where I passionately use hypnotherapy to help individuals harness the power of their subconscious mind.  My journey with the subconscious mind began as a teenager when a simple subliminal CD helped me lose 20 pounds effortlessly—something no other method had achieved. Inspired by this experience, I developed a lifelong passion for the mind’s power, which eventually led me to become a hypnotist, helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
